Hi, I’m Sofie! I have a background in Business and HR Management and +15 years of experience in Learning & Development, focusing on leadership and change. I am officially licensed as Senior Advisor in Innovative Labour Organizations (specializing in organizational design & development, change management) by Antwerp Management School.
I especially enjoy playing with leaders and organizations that have a purpose-driven mission to create social impact.

Lego® Serious Play® is a research-backed method that goes far beyond playing with bricks. Guided by a facilitator, the session starts with warm-up building exercises to help everyone feel comfortable and get into the creative flow. Participants then build individual models, share their stories, combine ideas in a collective build, and reflect on the insights that emerge. This hands-on, playful approach sparks new perspectives, uncovers hidden patterns, and turns ideas into meaningful actions.
