Sometimes I get the question if I can support in an organization more intensely and rather tailor-made. My favorite collaborations are often very dynamic, value driven growing organizations with very specific needs and challenges.
As a Senior Advisor in Innovative Labor Organizations and a background in Business Management & Human Resources Management, my multi-disciplinary expertise and flexibility is an asset. I strongly believe in adapting a human-centric approach when you grow with your organization. This approach recognizes the complex interplay between structure (formal systems and processes) and culture (values, attitudes, behaviors).
In that way, you can ask me a lot when you are growing, such as just a simple but challenging sparring session to clarify your true needs and help to set focus. I can join your advisory board if you want more frequent input, set up an optimization of collaboration in and between teams, install or optimize (management) meetings and governance. I’m also have been asked to jump in as agile coach, take on a roll as change agent during a merger and a technical roll-out to accelerate implementation and human adoption (more info in this blogpost) and asked to make a tailor-made guidance program for (future) R&D people leaders with focus on leadership, communication and change management. In several companies such as STAS, I’m dedicated external coach 1 day/month to discuss cases.
I’m a true challenger, hands-on expert who can advise but also guide in actions that lead to a positive impact and lasting success. I really want to prevent the common pitfalls I experienced in large organizations (hello silo’s, delay and frustration) and big transformations.
In my way of working, I built the bridge by walking on it. Often with no strict roadmap, only a cristal clear direction we decide on together and adapt on the way. My values and some leading principles as a guide in our collaboration.
Depending on the challenge, we explore together the duration and frequency of my support. I often team up with my network. Don’t hesitate to reach out or ask for references. I’m happy to link you with the organizations and leaders who can tell you all about my way of working and challenging personality, ha!
