You can book the Change readiness workshop to prepare and upskill a (management/project) team for an upcoming change or as part of a learning & development program. Participants will have a platform to learn about the drivers to increase change readiness, reflect on their own strengths and area’s of development during change and will give insights on the current state of change agility. In a full day workshop we make time to reflect and start a dialogue on the (upcoming or desired) change, spot fields of resistance, define gaps and opportunities on team- or organizational level and make it actionable. This workshop is fully ADKAR proof.

You can book the Prepare for change workshop to technically prepare your strategy and tactics for growth or for a business transformation such as a digital transformation, merger, redesign in roles & responsibilities, implementing agile way of working, transforming leadership, … Depending on the type and scale of business transformation, we dive into your current ecosystem with all it’s influencers and trends impacting your industry (business analysis), test out some scenario’s on different time horizons and build the most fitting future ecosystem, together with a solid but agile transition (milestones) plan and his guiding human centered principles. This type of multi-day workshop is suited for organizations navigating in complex environments and is also ideal for mid sized companies and scale-ups. It is also recommended for external technical (IT) partners to utilize this method together with clients to ensure the integration with the people side of change.
